Custom jewelry disclosure

Every Darrel Clegg Design piece is handmade from scratch out of the finest materials after you place your custom order. We stand behind our product 100% and want you to be completely happy with it. Please allow 1-3 weeks for the creation of your custom jewelry; note that shipping is not included in that time frame. We would like to offer a friendly reminder that each piece is hand-stamped and imperfections add to the work.

Returns/Exchange

It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your custom jewelry! If it is not quite what you expected, you are welcome to return it for a different item, within 30 days of the ship date. Your return must be in its original condition and undamaged. If an error occurs on our end, we will remake the piece free of charge or issue a refund. After 30 days you may return only for store credit.

Updates to existing pieces

Because our pieces are handmade to order, we cannot add additional customization to existing pieces. We do offer a selection of pieces that can be altered so please pay attention to descriptions to see if the piece you want may be altered in any way.

Damages

If your item is damaged within 60 days of your order date please email us at info@darrlesdesigns.com and we will do what we can to help!

Extended 3 year warranty

This 3 year extended warranty will cover defects in workmanship or the materials. This plan will also cover problems associated with normal wear and tear of your jewelry. This warranty includes the following services: inspection, cleaning and refurbishing 2 times throughout the warranty; sizing; replacement of missing stones (up to 1/4 carat) ; repair or remaking of worn channels; clasp repair or replacement; chain repair or replacement; earring back and post repair or replacement

What is not covered by the warranty?

Jewelry that is damaged due to excessive wear or abuse will not be covered by this plan; jewelry repairs performed by any other jeweler will void this warranty; this plan does not cover theft, loss, abuse or accidental damage, or loss of stones over 1/4 carat; return shipping is not covered by this plan.

Changes to orders already placed

Because each piece is custom made to order, once you check out, changes cannot be made. When you receive your piece, if you are not satisfied, we are happy to exchange it for you at no additional cost. (See our return policy for more information.) We stand behind our product 100% and want you to be completely happy with it.

Pricing policy

While Darrel's Designs constantly endeavors to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may still occur with respect to the products or services. DarrelsDesigns.com reserves the right to modify prices with respect to any such products or services without advance notice either prior to or after receipt of an order confirmation. unintentional errors in advertised prices are not binding on DarrelsDesigns.com or this website, and may be modified by us at any time. In the event that a product or service or any other transaction conducted via this website is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, Darrel's Designs shall have the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product or service. In the event that a product or service is miss-priced, DarrelsDesigns.com may, at its absolute discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation, it being clarified that DarrelsDesigns.com shall have no further obligations towards you with respect thereto.

Payment methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal for payment.

Sales tax

We collect a percentage for sales tax on all orders shipped or billed to your address and state. Sales taxes is automatically calculated during check out based on your area.

Shipping

All available shipping methods, with stated timelines, can be found in the cart upon checkout. During peak seasons, expedited and rush shipping may not be available. International shipping can take 3-6 weeks and we are not responsible for items held up in customs. In the rare event your order is lost in transit once shipped, we are not responsible, but will do what we can to help you locate it. If you pay for expedited shipping but your order is stopped in our quality control department, causing it to be late, we will refund your shipping fee. Unfortunately we are unable to adjust the shipping method once an order has been placed.
